Our RPO client SSI Schaefer and the Wills Consultants team held a Recruitment Day in Sheffield. The day consisted of two grouped sessions one morning and one afternoon including introductions and site tours. WCL had great success in securing a great turn out and all open positions were filled on the day, that is what WCL calls a great day’s work. A member of staff from Wills Consultants quoted “one of the most successful recruitment days I have ever taken part in. We had a fantastic calibre of candidate who showed lots of interested in joining the existing team. SSI delivered a great tour and showed candidates what a start of an Engineering career could look like.” Wills Consultants would like to thank everyone who took part in the productive day and wish the candidates all the best in their new roles.
