Simon has an extensive career within recruitment and has specialised in Accountancy and Finance since 2000. In establishing Wills Consultants Simon has successfully worked with a diverse range of small and medium enterprises as well as some of the world’s largest organisations. His reputation has been built on good practice and professionalism and he now has business partnerships spanning decades. One of Simon’s more unique placements was with a candidate that lived in Portugal, who was interviewed in Paris by a UK business for a role in Kazakhstan.
Time off isn’t something Simon gives himself a lot of but when he does you will find him supporting and coaching at KRFC or honing his culinary skills.
Katie is our CIPD HR specialist and our Office Manager. With a successful career, spanning many years in HR, Katie joined the team after a career break. Katie is involved in the recruitment of staff and candidates and also handles a lot of our registrations. She is at the forefront of latest industry news and compliance as well as managing our accounts and administration ensuring, Wills HQ operates like a well-oiled machine.
When Katie is not keeping us all organised she will be found working hard for her local schools’ PTA managing the Treasury and organising events.
Nikki has worked with Simon to establish Wills Consultants as a leading independent recruitment business. Nikki’s experience covers all aspects of the recruitment process having worked in both front and back-office functions. Having helped set up the finance business, Nikki then moved on to establish Wills in the temporary market and the Office Professional division.
When Nikki is not involved in developing her blog she can be found hiking around the local area with Elsa in tow, or at the side of a rugby pitch, regardless of the weather.
Ryan works in our Accountancy and Finance sector. Ryan has delighted us by completing a whole year’s worth of training and attaining his Business and Administration qualification. Ryan has taken a lot from his mentoring and is now solely in charge of Clerical Finance and Part-Qualified roles within the Accountancy and Finance sector. Ryan has proved to be a quick learner and we see him continuing to be a rising star in our business. When Ryan isn’t working and studying, his love of football takes him all over the country both watching and playing. Ryan also loves rollercoasters and has ridden some of the scariest in the world.
Bailey is our latest addition to team Wills and is our Trainee Recruitment Consultant, working and studying a Business and Administration Level 2 course qualification. Bailey has already completed both levels one and two of the Prince’s Trust team programme which saw him scaling cliffs and exploring caves. He is proven to be a fast learner and we can see his confidence grow with each stride he takes. We are thrilled that Bailey chose Wills Consultants as his first step into the workplace and we are happy to see his personal development progress. He is also a big football fan, following his favourite team around the country, whatever the weather.
Elsa is our office dog here at the Business Centre. She had a tragic start to life and was adopted at 11 months by the Wills family and now, at 6 years old, lives the life of a pampered pooch. We have found having a dog in the office helps with those stressful days and everyone loves getting some fresh air and exercise at lunch by taking her for a walk.
