It is vitally important to us, at Wills Consultants, that when we are recruiting for a client, we source the right people to fit not just the job criteria but the business culture too.

Sight and Sound Technology is the UK and Ireland’s leading supplier and Master Distributor of hardware and software to the blind, visually impaired and those with learning and reading difficulties. It supplies the tools to enable those who are fully or partially blind to live life to the maximum.

We have been working with its CEO Glenn Tookey for the past five years, starting by recruiting a marketing and sales manager for the Northamptonshire office and going on to recruit countless employees for Glenn’s management team.
