Wills Consultants are leading a retained search for a Global client seeking an exceptional Channel Sales Manager to lead and scale our partner ecosystem while driving a critical transition from perpetual software to subscription (SaaS).

Your Impact
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive growth
- Lead the transition from perpetual licensing to subscription/SaaS models
- Identify, engage and onboard high-value channel partners
- Build joint go-to-market plans and drive partner-led revenue
- Use data insights to inform decisions, optimise performance, and scale success
- Track and analyse partner performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in channel sales / partner management
- Track record of driving subscription or SaaS business models
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Ability to extract, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making
- Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems
