Simon and Nikki stepped into the world of recruitment at the turn of the millennium, quickly discovering a talent for understanding people and matching them with the right opportunities. Fast forward to 2014, when they launched Wills Consultants, turning their shared vision into a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in Engineering, Finance, and Office Professionals.
