We were honoured to attend the Northamptonshire Lord-Lieutenant’s Award Ceremony.

As a local, family-run recruitment business, we work closely with the military community, supporting transitioning veterans into civilian careers within the engineering sector across the UK and Ireland.

The event was an inspiring celebration of achievement and dedication. The calibre and enthusiasm of the cadets were truly impressive, and it was uplifting to see such promise in the next generation. As recruiters, the team recognises the valuable skills and attributes these young people develop through cadet programmes and continues to advocate for greater employer awareness of their potential.
