Salary: £23,795 per annum

About the Trainee Maintenance Technician Role: We are currently recruiting for a global engineering company that specialise in Warehouse Automation. You will be working as part of a team in a modern, clean distribution centre. This role offers great routes of progression within Engineering and some company benefits include:

This role requires shift work of  2 12hr days, 2 12hr nights, 6 days off. You will be working on an array of automated products including conveyors, weighers, stackers, cranes and robotics.

Requirements: The ideal Trainee Maintenance Technician will be self-motivated, results driven and have:

• Understanding of basic automation
• Proficient verbal and written communications skills
• An interest in, and some practical hands-on experience with mechanical equipment
• And be technically minded

This role would suit an Engineering Assistant, Assistant Engineer, Assistant Maintenance Technician, Junior Maintenance Technician, Apprentice Engineer, Workshop Technician or anyone technically minded.
