As the Business Support Coordinator you will be the direct point of contact to allocated customers, internal stakeholders, sites and service engineers providing unrivalled customer service. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Provide dedicated customer service and support to external customers, engineering staff, and various internal functions
  • Manage spare parts procurement, including ordering from European counterparts and other suppliers, creating quotations, and coordinating with customers
  • Handle order management, including tracking deliveries, storing delivery information, and invoicing
  • Assist with finance processes such as creating sales invoices and processing warranty claims
  • Provide administration support to Service Account Managers and assist with project-related tasks
  • Manage extensive queries from customers and internal stakeholders nationwide
  • Ensure adherence to departmental processes and handle correspondence promptly
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives within the department


Requirements: As a Business Support Coordinator you will need:


  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Proficient in MS Navision, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Exchange
  • Experience in administration, customer service, and financial processes preferred
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Business Administration / Customer Service desired
  • Full driving license required
